All Hostaura purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies to shared hosting plans, cloud hosting plans, and domain registrations, regardless of billing cycle.
Once an order is placed and provisioned (or a domain is registered), no refund, partial refund, or credit will be issued — including for early cancellation, change of mind, or non-use of the service.
Before ordering, please confirm the plan and features you need. If you have questions about a plan before purchasing, contact @HostAura_Official on Telegram first.
This page describes Hostaura's own policy and is not legal advice. If your billing dispute involves a payment processor (UPI/card issuer), their own chargeback rules may separately apply.
